I have two remaining question though:
1) If one of the F-tests is significant what should I do next. The FSL GLM website states that individual t-tests should be performed to examine the direction of effects. Does this mean that I have to extract z-values from the significant cluster and perform t-tests in SPSS, or should these t-tests be performed within FEAT?
2) Occasionally I see papers in which the authors use the following contrasts to compare group 1 for instance with 2 and 3 simultaneously:
EV1 EV2 EV3
C1: 1 -0.5 -0.5
C2: -1 0.5 0.5
Is this correct?
