Subject: New application process for the RSA Early Career Grant
Dear Crit-Geo-Forum,
As in previous years the Regional Studies Association<http://www.regionalstudies.org/> offers up to four Early Career Grants to applicants in their early career (five years maximum between the date showing on the PhD certificate and the application deadline). Applicants must be based within an eligible higher education institution (HEI) and must be a current, early career member of the Regional Studies Association and throughout the duration of the grant (please note that applicant may apply for membership at the same time as applying for the grant).
The RSA Early Career Grant is provided to support a discrete piece of regional studies and/or regional science related research. The value of the grant is up to £10,000 and has a maximum time span of 18 months.
Please be aware that we have changed the application process this year to a two stage application process. For more details on the Early Career Grant and the application process please go to www.regionalstudies.org/funding/page/early-career-grant-scheme<http://www.regionalstudies.org/funding/page/early-career-grant-scheme>
We would be grateful if you could forward this email to anyone who you feel would be suitable and interested in this funding opportunity.
Thank you and have a great weekend,
Daniela
