seeks an experienced, qualified and highly able
ARCHIVIST
to plan and deliver its complex programme of archive and collections management and digitisation.
Arts and Crafts Hammersmith is a brand new Heritage Lottery funded partnership project between William Morris Society and Emery Walker Trust. The project aims to celebrate, share and promote the work and influences of Arts and Crafts pioneers William Morris and Emery Walker, centred on their former homes in Hammersmith, West London.
Working hand in hand with a small and dedicated team of staff and volunteers, you will be passionate about Morris, Walker and their circle, trained and experienced in archive management, and able to work to tight schedules and budgets to discover, record, and manage these unique and important collections.
Salary up to £25,000 (full time equivalent, pro rata)
Fixed term for 2 years, 3 days a week
