Dear Andy,
in SPM12 the realignment parameters are only displayed and saved in a
PostScript file if the Graphics window is already opened (i.e. it won't
attempt at opening it during realignment).
If you want to make sure your batch job will generate the *.ps files,
start your scripts with the following:
spm_figure('GetWin','Graphics');
or use Marko's script to create them post hoc.
Future versions of SPM will come with alternative ways to review results
and outputs without requiring a display at execution time.
Best wishes,
Guillaume.
