Dear SPM/ VBM experts,
I'm new to VBM and running into a problem at the model estimation stage, I'm not sure if it's my data or a bug: The error is pasted below...
I essentially have some case study patients with 4/5 scans (longitudinal) and some controls (time point 1 only). Comparing time point one patient vs. control has been fine, however I get the error below after processing the patient data with the VBM Process Longitudinal Data option. Using display to check the images reveals no problem.
I'm trying to estimate a flexible factorial design with one factor - time (although I have also tried this as an ANOVA and have tried basic t-tests etc.) and only one particpant at a time (as they aren't expected to show the same patterns of change). I realise this is a small sample but I don't think that is the problem. It seems to be an issue with the outputs of the VBM8 longitudinal toolbox (only downloaded last week so should have bug fixes).
If anyone could offer some advice I would be very grateful.
Thank you.
Best, Jac
