Hi Kevin,
I'm replying as I've just had to look this up myself - it's p < 0.05 corrected in the bottom left hand corner of the table. I'm not sure this can be changed, but I noticed there is an old script here which will do other thresholds, no idea whether it will work with current SPM versions - http://www2.warwick.ac.uk/fac/sci/statistics/staff/academic-research/nichols/scripts/spm/johnsgems5/#Gem6 .
Best,
Peter.

Subject: [SPM] FWEc threshold
Hello SPM experts,
I am using the "PET & VBM" module in SPM8.
In the results graphic and after selecting "whole brain" results, if there is a cluster large enough to pass significance after FWE and/or FDR correction then the cluster size is given at the bottom left of the Statistics result table under the headings...
FWEc: "number of voxels" and FDRc: "number of voxels"
What is the FWE and FDR cluster level corrected p value that applies to this test? (I presume this is a default setting within SPM) Can the FWE and FDR cluster level corrected p threshold be adjusted, hopefully using the GUI or by changing the programming code?
Thanks in advance,
Kevin London
