Dear Carina,
to me it looks like a problem during the startup of the EPC. As far as I
know, the EPC - at least in our ARGUS - doesn't have a hard disk, but
boots from an EPROM chip. Might it be possible that this EPROM or the
programs on it have been damaged?
Have you tried to contact one of the former GVI people? Doug Hamilton or
so?
