Hi Sarah,
No, I haven't experienced any problems accessing and reading dawsonera books using Chrome (version 35.0.1916.114).
Kind regards,
Louise

Sarah,
We have Chrome on our staff desktop. I get a Failed to load PDF document screen although the file opens normally in Adobe Reader.
Regards
Nadine

Subject: [lis-e-resources] Google Chrome problems with Dawsons ebooks
Hi all,
I'm hoping that someone else has encountered this problem as we're drawing a blank, and Dawsons have not had it reported by any other customers, to the best of my knowledge.
Just before Christmas, we found that in trying to access Dawsons ebooks on Google Chrome, we encountered an 'aw, snap!' error page. This also translated itself to any other open Chrome tabs.
Access works fine in IE and Firefox. We don't have Chrome on our institutional PC image, so we don't believe it's an institutional setting that's to blame.
Anyone else seen anything like this and know how we might go about resolving the problem?
Many thanks in advance,
Sarah
