Hi everyone,
I have the same issues, can't get melodic to do a 200 dimensional parcellation even though there should definitely be enough RAM/Swap on the Server I am running it on. 128GB RAM + 128 GB SWAP memory. Definitely 64bit Linux. It does the first step of removing the mean image but then aborts about half way through the individual whitening step with
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::bad_alloc'
the data that I am processing is already preprocessed and is comprised of 140 subjects, 404 timesteps and a resolution of 91x109x91 voxels.
The commandline script calls melodic as follows:
fsl5.0-melodic -i SubjectsDenoised.txt -a concat -o /path/output.denoised.gica -v --nomask --nobet --tr=1.4 --report --bgimage=/usr/share/fsl/5.0/data/standard/MNI152_T1_2mm_brain.nii.gz -d 200 --mmthresh=0.5 --Oall
any help would greatly be appreciated!
Thanks a lot!
Norman
