Hello,
I can't seem to set fslview as an application for opening images with right-mouse click, in GNOME. When I go to 'open with' --> 'Use a custom command' I've entered '/opt/fsl/5.0.4/bin/fslview' (I got desperate and also tried every other instance of fslview that I found, eg. fslview_bin, but none work). Is there something I'm missing and does anyone know what to enter as custom command, given that I have a standard FSL installation? FYI, just entering fslview at command line does open the program ('which fslview' --> '/opt/fsl/5.0.4/bin/fslview')
My apologies, I realize this is a rather basic question and hardly relevant to MRI analyses, but I just can't get it to work and it is becoming a major source of irritation...
Greetings, Johannes
