Dear email-list subscribers and also email-list non-subscribers
(e.g. people reading a partial archive of this email on the World-Wide
Web),

Perhaps you work for a law firm which might choose to represent me (I
need lawyers to represent me in non-Portuguese jurisdictions: I had
already found lawyers who I trust in Portugal). Perhaps you are a
professor or a student who might become suspicious of supposedly
scientific organisations and/or supposedly judicial authorities and
instead of merely warning others, you might decide to conduct a
research project about this. Perhaps you a functionary who ignored a
request from me about how to complain about unethical judges and
perhaps this email embarrasses you and could possibly bring a modicum
of accountability to your corrupt career.

I am a whistleblower. Biographies about me are available in the books
"Who's Who in the World 2015"; "Who's Who in the World 2014"; & on the
website
  WWW.MarquisWhosWho.com

It is a classic tactic to discredit whistleblowers. After I
whistleblew against Philippe Willekens of the European Space Agency (
  HTTP://162.202.67.158/~gloster/Evil_which_is_so-called_science/Mariano_Gago/Attachment_emailed_to_Gago_during_August_2012.htm
) I was beaten up by the so-called University of Coimbra and
hospitalised and subjected to a lot of defamation. These aggravated
assaults and assaults were perpetrated in Portugal where perverse law
permits beating up mentally ill people. I was not mentally ill, but
sycophancy to the European Space Agency involves a lot of
dishonesty. You might have gotten some ideas from libellous articles
during August 2014. A partial rebuttal by me to one libellous
newspaper article published in Ireland was uploaded to
  HTTP://Forum.Bolseiros.org/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=5215

On the LinkedIn group Space Industry Ireland I mentioned with
discussion name ""So I Married an Axe Murderer": ESA remake":
"A dhaoine uaisle,

Rinne mé gearán faoin Ghníomhaireacht hEorpach Spáis tríd litir don
hAire Taighde agus Nuálaíochta le cóip den heolas ag

Thúg mé an cóip agus litir seo don hOllscoil mar dhea de Choimbra ar
an 28ú lá de hEanáir de 2013 a chur ar an bpost. Cuireadh an
saotharlann faoi ghlas ar an lá arna mhárach.

Chuir an Roinn Post, Fiontar agus Nuálaiochta ar an 7ú lá de Fheabhra
de 2013:
"I will bring your correspondence to the Minister's attention at the
earliest opportunity."

Fanaim fós a fháil freagra! Kafka: "Before the law stands a
door-keeper. A man from the country comes to this door-keeper and asks
for entry into the law. But the door-keeper says he cannot grant him
entry now. The man considers and then asks if that means he will be
allowed to enter later. "It is possible," says the door-keeper, "but
not now." [. . .] The door-keeper realizes the man has reached the end
of his life [. . .]".

freisin.

During September 2014 I noticed that this message by me on LinkedIn
was "no longer available." LinkedIn reported for this group:
"About this Group

Website: http://www.space-ireland.com ".
They are employed by Enterprise Ireland. Does the Act of Protected
Disclosures (
  WWW.McDowellPurcell.Ie/news/long-awaited-legislation-protection-whistleblowers-finally-arrived/
) impose a duty on Enterprise Ireland to not stifle whistleblowing by
me against the European Space Agency which is a parasite of taxes?

It is because of mishandling of the economy of the so-called Republic
of Ireland by Enterprise Ireland that I was forced to enrol for a
master's degree in space engineering outside of Ireland during 2004
. . . before then a company in the so-called Republic of Ireland which
Enterprise Ireland boasted of with a leaflet as an exemplar of an
Irish space success story was about to pay for me to do a space
Ph.D. in Ireland but some weeks later it went bust because it trusted
the European Space Agency and Enterprise Ireland.

This going bust (both that former company's going bust and my own
going broke) and this trust in the European Space Agency led onto
horrible events during this master's degree internship at the European
Space Agency (
  HTTP://162.202.67.158/~gloster/Evil_which_is_so-called_science/Mariano_Gago/Attachment_emailed_to_Gago_during_August_2012.htm
). A fellow then intern of the European Space Agency was given money
(without a public call) by the Government of the so-called Republic of
Ireland to also get a space master's degree outside of Ireland. I had
not been informed of such an opportunity therefore I had to pay my own
way which bankrupt me.

Later I enrolled for a space Ph.D. in Portugal. Dublin-City so-called
University (DCU) does not honour its promise
"we ensure that your degree is highly regarded, both nationally and
internationally" (
  WWW4.DCU.Ie/prospective/10-reasons-choose-dcu.shtml
) and contrary to libel published by media I still have not been paid
even one cent of a doctoral scholarship which I was rejected for
during 2008 by the Portuguese Foundation for Science and Technology
solely on the basis that this non-funding agency claimed that my
degree from DCU (which DCU claims is a IIi) was supposedly a D or E. I
spoke to a policeman in Leinster about this during 2013 and he said
that broken promises are not crimes in the Republic of Ireland.

I lost on the basis of a lame excuse a court case in the first
instance against the Portuguese Foundation for Science and Technology
over this ongoing non-payment since the previous decade of a
scholarship. I won an appeal (cf.
) against this lame excuse during 2013 (years after I would had
graduated with a Portuguese Ph.D. if DCU's apathy had not let me
hunger instead).

On 17th October 2014 I sent an email for the Conselho Superior dos
Tribunais Administrativos e Fiscais <[log in to unmask]> asking how to
make a deontological complaint against a judge. On 22nd October 2014
it asked me which judge and I answered (Mr. Tiago Afonso Lopes de
Miranda) on the same day. Magically a few days later (on 5th November
2014) this judge issued a new court ruling against me for the same
court case, and the Conselho Superior dos Tribunais Administrativos e
Fiscais never asked me on what basis or what bases I plan to complain
against this unethical judge. I resided and worked and studied in many
countries, and unlike many of these countries I have found a country
which rivals the so-called Republic of Ireland for corruption - namely
the Second Republic of Portugal. Bear in mind that Éire is not
innocent.

On 17th October 2014 I also sent an email for others (viz. Conselho
Superior da Magistratura <[log in to unmask]>; Associação Sindical dos
Magistrados Judiciais Portugueses <[log in to unmask]>; Diogo Maria
Alarcão Ravara <[log in to unmask]>; and Ana Paula Mota da Costa e
Silva <[log in to unmask]> <[log in to unmask]>
<[log in to unmask]> ) involved with judges asking how to make
a deontological complaint against a judge. On 15th December 2014 the
Conselho Superior da Magistratura emailed a reply. I did not receive
an answer from any of the others.

As for newspaper and website coverage, a late fellow whistleblowing
scientist declared on the SciFraud email list (
  HTTPS://ListServ.Albany.edu/cgi-bin/wa?A0=SCIFRAUD
):
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
"European Convention on Human Rights guarantees not only the freedom of the
press to inform the public, it also imposes upon the press a duty to do so
properly."
---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Yours faithfully,
Colin Paul Gloster <[log in to unmask]> <[log in to unmask]>
