Apparently they failed to renew their domain name so nothing is resolving.
There is a workaround but it involves human intervention on a case-by-case basis:
You can use http://hdl.handle.net/ to resolve DOIs by entering the DOI in the search box, should anyone be in desperate need of access to an object

Our DOI links don't seem to be working, and checking doi.org, it seems to be down - am I right in assuming everyone is having the same problem?
