The editors of Social Policy and Society welcome new proposals for themed sections for the journal. Themed sections can address any topic of concern to social policy. They are expected to include an introduction, up to six articles, a review article and a short guide to key sources in the area. Proposals are considered by the Editorial Board and decisions on acceptance are made in a timely manner. Themed sections appear online and in print. In addition to freestanding ideas, the Editorial Board is happy to consider proposals from activities such as focused events, or symposia such as those at the Social Policy Association conference.
