Social Support for Mental Health
What helps?
Book launch and short talks
Thursday February 5th 5:30-7:30 pm
The Garden Café Restore, Manzil Way, Oxford, OX4 IYH

Social support is the everyday assistance offered by family, friends, neighbours and colleagues, as well as the foundation of help offered by many charities and support services; it plays a vital role in maintaining mental health and wellbeing.

• People working in health, social care and the voluntary sector
• Educators and trainers
• People supporting students with mental health problems
• People supporting services users with employment or housing issues
• People concerned with issues of isolation and loneliness
• Anyone with an interest in mental health issues.
The event is free and refreshments will be provided. Book your place at: https://eventbrite.co.uk/event/15141471549/
