Good Afternoon,
Here at Brunel University London, we have been asked to consider producing/ printing exam question papers as part of Registry’s service. This would be a move away from current practice where papers are produced locally within departments by admin staff and delivered to the exam venue by either the admin team or an academic.
We would be interested in knowing the following;
What is your current practice?
How secure do you feel your process is?
How many sittings (students x exams) do you have in a year?
How large is the team that delivers this service?
Is the physical production carried out within a central team or by a professional print department/company?
What have you found problematic?
What have you found to be of benefit?
If you have recently changed practice (in either direction) or considered it, What prompted this and how has the change worked?
Thank you
Regards
Ross
