JiscMail are having technical problems (and have done for about two months now) which mean that emails from the listserv aren't getting through to certain types of email accounts. As a Hotmail/Outlook user (like me) you won't be getting the emails.
You may also find that after a while you will check your JISCMail account to see that you are no longer subscribed to this list. I don't know why, possibly because it realises the messages aren't being delivered and assumes your email account is no longer active? But I regularly check the messages online at JISCMail and check to see that I'm still subscribed to all my lists.
You can keep track of problems JISCMail is having by looking at their Twitter feed @jiscmailhelp. The most recent tweets are also shown on the JISCMail homepage.
