Based in the Information and Records Management Service this post is an opportunity for a self-motivated individual to gain experience contributing to the day-to-day running of records management services for the administrations of both Houses of Parliament.
The post-holder is responsible for providing second-tier helpdesk support to staff using the EDRMS, including in-depth support and troubleshooting of the EDRMS, assisting local super-users (Record Officers) to administer the system fileplan and access controls and day-to-day advice on use of the system. They will also participate in the development and delivery of records management training sessions and the drafting of guidance documents and factsheets.
To be successful in this role, you will be technically knowledgeable and adaptive to new ideas and technologies. You will also have outstanding customer service skills and be able to build strong working relationships with all levels of internal customers.
