We keep it simple with opening times on the website and on social media. We have opening times as text on the website but use a table on social media, so there’s a bit of AB testing there. http://www.rammuseum.org.uk/
One year we had a Christmas section on the Visiting us part of the website and that proved really popular. Sadly we’ve not had the marketing resources to do this again. This year’s extravaganza is a penguin video inspired, like many others, by the John Lewis advert. We are supporting it with a press release and a spot on our home page plus on social media. We had no budget for this; just collections staff time.
