Hi FSLNets experts,
not to annoy you guys, but I just can't figure this out by myself and don't know a way around it, so here's my problem again:
"I'm intending to run FSLNets using self created ROI masks (merged in time into one 4D file) as spatial map input (instead of the groupmelodic_IC), however when I use the slices_summary command on my ROI mask I get the error message "input image empty", although I have registered my mask to the standard template image to ensure it's the same resolution and size. Does the problem lie in the fact that my mask is binarized? If so, how can it be solved?
Thanks for your help, greatly appreciated.
Best,
Kim"
