Dear experts,
I'm testing the Basil analysis of my ASL data. I've done calibrations and it works… but doubts subsist about parameters…
Our M0 scan is a fully segmented prescan with a TR of 4.0s whereas ASL data had a TR of 4.4s. In the "calibration" tab, what TR is asked ? M0 or ASL ?
For the TE, the gui ask for second but, in a shell I saw TE in ms….
Thank you in advance,
Isabelle
