Hi Jesper,
how must I run topup and eddy to use --resamp=lsr?
I get
eddy: msg=These data do not support least-squares resampling
after:
eddy --imain=merged_data.nii.gz --mask=nodif_brain_mask.nii.gz
--index=index_file.txt --acqp=acqpar.txt --bvecs=bvecs --bvals=bvals
--topup=topup_12B0c --resamp=lsr --out=data_lsr -v
Thanks a lot in advance,
and best regards:)-
