Does this apply to me as I will no longer be registered as a PhD by the time of the conference?

Subject: BFDG2015 deadline for PhD bursary application/keynotes
Dear colleagues,
I am happy to note that Sophie Nicklaus from "Le Centre des Sciences du Gout et de l'Alimentation" in Dijon, France will be a keynote speaker at the coming BFDG.
She is next to Barbara Rolls from PennState University from the USA.
This e-mail is primarily for the PhD fellows to remind them of the deadline for the bursary application on the 19-th of December 2014, that is coming Thursday. See the website http://www.vlaggraduateschool.nl/bfdg2015/
In relation to this I would like you to ask your supervisor to send me an e-mail, confirming that you are currently registered for a PhD. If a supervisor is supervising more than one student, then one email will suffice for all students. If these e-mails could be sent to me before the end of the year, this is fine.
Abstract submission is now open until 30 January 2015.
I am looking forward to the 9-th and 10-th of April.
All the best,
Kees de Graaf
