Thanks so much Jude for sharing this link and for your kind words about the resources.
There are also some supporting materials including a guide to choosing a DAMS, developing a DAM Strategy and some indicative costings at http://www.collectionstrust.org.uk/spectrum/spectrum-dam-resources
I am really glad that these materials are relevant to colleagues in archives. We are always looking for areas of crossover and are in regular dialogue with the National Archives about sharing content and ideas.
We have a medium-term strategy for the development of the SPECTRUM Collections Management standard (http://www.collectionstrust.org.uk/spectrum) which includes the objective to promote information and records management in museums,so hopefully the read-across will become more apparent in the coming years.
With thanks and best regards,
Nick
