You can modify fsl_sub to have your favorite SGE/OGE options. I also
modified it for a PBS cluster, and have seen it modified for a swarm
cluster; though at the moment am not using it. I donšt think any parts of
the fsl calls to fsl_sub care what is in the routine itself, only need to
know about the IDs and queuing processes it spawns.
