Hello Everybody,
Continuing on the theme of magnifiers (last posted in June), is anyone on ASSISTECH aware of any Magnification or Display Enhancement application capable of the following:
(i.) On/Off toggling (enable and disable) of a magnification window (as required)?
(ii.) Accepting positional co-ordinates that the magnification 'lens' is to be centred over?
(iii.) Accepting X & Y 'Lens' window size?
(iv.) Accepting a 'Lens' window magnification factor?
... the above are to be set on the fly using parameters passed to the application from The Grid or similar application.
** IMPORTANT: A mouse is NOT to be used **
The Magnification or Display Enhancement application is required for use in conjunction with Internet Explorer (IE), and other applications, where the context is known - i.e. that an IE search is to be performed - but where the input text field is too small to be seen by a partially sighted quadriplegic.
The plan is to turn a magnification window on and off as required to assist text entry or to enable text output to be read.
Is anyone on Assistech aware of such an application?
Please advise,
