I believe that the Cambridge CREAM CE is configured correctly. I set
"parallel=true" in the APEL config the day after I enabled the multicore
queue and so the September number might be wrong at the ~1% level, but
otherwise I think we're OK. We've been running apel 1.2.2 since before
we moved to multicore, and I updated to 1.3.1 yesterday (both on the CE
and the APEL node).
