Hi Everyone,
I'm trying to run a gPPI analysis on my block design but I'm having some trouble figuring out what to do with the output.
I already created the first level SPM model for my subjects. Next, I created a seed region in SPM8 and then modified the parameters file from the attention tutorial online so that it could be run on one of my subjects (I haven't yet tried working with a wrapper). Once my parameters file was loaded into MATLAB, I then ran the gPPI analysis by typing PPPI(P).
I looked in my directory and I see that there are now a bunch of files including 36 beta files as well as files for each of the contrasts I created. My question is what happens now at this level? Which files do I need to use to create some sort of results table or image? I've tried reading through the gPPi manual but it doesn't really seem to explain much beyond creating the parameters file (unless I'm missing something?).
I have taken a look at this chapter but I'm not sure where I would pick up in these instructions relative to what I have already done with the gPPI toolbox:

I also have two general questions about this type of design:
My study consists of two runs (in a block design) and I'm wondering if I can use the concat option in the gPPI toolbox to simplify the output. Right now I'm getting session1 and session2 .mat files after running the analysis.
Finally, I'm also wondering about how to select a seed region when using gPPI. Does the region selected have to be activated in every subject for every contrast?
Thank you for your help!
