I will be here until late Jan. I have to go bcd to Australia, in fact
tomorrow, for a brief trip/gig, but then back.
I gather this fall is a one-off for a while. And was only supposed to
be a light early morning fall but it is continuing and has done for
some hours now. I went out briefly to take the garbage to the
community porthole thingy and I can see how on some surfaces it could
be a nasty business.
My Stockholmer colleagues tell me that last winter was quite mild and
there certainly has not been as much snow as in past times. And I
agree, this darkness business is very wrong.

I was being light-hearted for the hell of it; and, I think,
understood you
well.
How long are you there for?
I ask because I remember an April when the snow was still there,
piled up
to about three feet, no longer being added to, but not melting much -
examining my visual memory I see it was - freeze frame -
Folkungagatan on
Sodermalm; but of course it was everywhere. I don't think they have
such
heavy winters now. I remember reading the snow plough drivers went on
strike because there was no work...
Yes, I can see the attraction er no exoticism (?) but I recall
thinking
that the weather and winter dark was the one thing wrong with Sweden
Ta once again
I'm on Euston Rd, so trying not to breathe
