Worse - it appears to be a "front" publication for the NLP cult -check out the contributors...

Subject: [NEW-MEDIA-CURATING] Neurocreator -- A Word of Caution
Dear Colleagues,
Yesterday, I passed on the announcement of a new publication titled Neurocreator. When I was able to visit their web site, I found that I may have been overly impressed by the launch announcement.
This is an art magazine by well-intentioned amateurs rather than a research journal. The journal is published by a local training centre for art that labels itself a college rather than a college based within a research university. None of the people involved seems to be active in neuroscience or in research; rather, these seem to be artists who are trying to understand how to apply ideas from neuroscience to the arts.
While I specifically did not endorse the publication, I passed on the announcement under the misleading impression that it is a journal. It is not.
My apologies,
Ken
