medieval-religion: Scholarly discussions of medieval religion and culture
I'm not an expert on the saints, but I did recently start posting engravings of the saints from "Godtvruchtige Almanach of Lof-gedachtenis der Heyligen" (printed in Amsterdam, 1730) on the Facebook page for the Austria-Germany Study Center at the Hill Museum & Manuscript Library.
I think I have enough material to get through the coming year! After that, I may have to revert to Benedictine saints, since they are better represented in our collection.
Please let me know if you have difficulty accessing the images - I am hoping one does not need a Facebook account just to view the pictures.
Peace,
Matt Heintzelman

If the spirit moves you, then let it happen! I’d love to see, if not a regular return, then at least occasional postings of this sort, for saints that you find particularly noteworthy or interesting.
Thanks very much, Cate, for sharing this information about Edmund!
Best to all, George
