There's a good collection ed by Karl Otto Conrady, 'Von einem Land und vom andern: Gedichte zur deutschen Wende' (edition Suhrkamp, 1993). The collection includes plenty of (cautiously) optimistic texts from both eastern and western poets - and a good number of melancholic / ambivalent ones too. Many are dated as immediate responses to events.

For a symposium on poetry of the Wende, I am looking for poems that marked, mourned or celebrated the (re)unification of Germany 1989-90.
Is there a good collection? Did anyone actually celebrate (re)unification in verse?!
I'd be most grateful for any suggestions.
