Hi,
Meldoci is ‘model-free’ that is you can feed in whatever you fancy, without having to specify a set of EVs. It’s likely that you want to do a post-hoc analysis on the ICA-derived time courses - in which case you’d be looking at the tXX.txt outputs and will compare these to known on-offsets. The initial ICA, however, does not care about any of this info.

In a previous study I was running FEAT with short movie durations and I could enter a .txt as a custom EV file to indicate the start and stop of each condition with a trial. Can that be done with MELODIC?
