Hi,
I'm getting a failure of Melodic in an SGE-enabled environment running fsl 5.0.6. The error looks like this:
bash-3.2$ executing: /netopt/share/bin/local/ncl/Fsl5.0.6/bin/feat /data/ncl-cache/NewEvaTest/GO-TBI9/rsfmri_outputs.ica/design.fsf -D /data/ncl-cache/NewEvaTest/GO-TBI9/rsfmri_outputs.ica -I 1 -init
while executing
"fsl:exec "${FSLDIR}/bin/feat ${fsfroot}.fsf -D $FD -I $session -init" -b 10 -N feat1a_init -l logs "
invoked from within
"if { $done_something == 0 } {
if { ! $fmri(inmelodic) } {
if { $fmri(level) == 1 } {
#{{{ FEAT first-level analysis
for { set session 1 } ..."
(file "/netopt/share/bin/local/ncl/Fsl5.0.6/bin/feat" line 207)
I get a similar error when I tried fsl 5.0.7.
I have verified that fsl_sub works properly for my installation.
Inside the relevant logfile it says:
/bin/cp /tmp/feat_UqVYJx.fsf design.fsf
mkdir .files;cp /netopt/share/bin/local/ncl/Fsl5.0.6/doc/fsl.css .files;ln -s /netopt/share/bin/local/ncl/Fsl5.0.6/doc/images .files/images
/netopt/share/bin/local/ncl/Fsl5.0.6/bin/fsl_sub -T 10 -l logs -N feat1a_init /netopt/share/bin/local/ncl/Fsl5.0.6/bin/feat /data/ncl-cache/NewEvaTest/GO-TBI9/rsfmri_outputs.ica/design.fsf -D /data/ncl-cache/NewEvaTest/GO-TBI9/rsfmri_outputs.ica -I 1 -init

sge_command: qsub -l h_vmem=2G -V -cwd -shell n -b y -r y -q ncl.q -M [log in to unmask] -N feat1a_init -m n -o logs -e logs -l arch=lx24-amd64
executing: /netopt/share/bin/local/ncl/Fsl5.0.6/bin/feat /data/ncl-cache/NewEvaTest/GO-TBI9/rsfmri_outputs.ica/design.fsf -D /data/ncl-cache/NewEvaTest/GO-TBI9/rsfmri_outputs.ica -I 1 -init
But if I run the command sent to qsub directly it succeeds.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Frank
