We also use QPulse. Our stance is that should you go for POICT accreditation we have to comply with UKAS/ISO requirements

Subject: Audits
Hi Al
A quick query. Within your various Trusts, are POCT audits carried out as Clinical Audits or as pathology audits following the standard ISO template formats? My policy has been rejected on the basis that the audits are not in the Trust wide Clinical Audit format.
I have a meeting tomorrow, so I thought that it might be worth backing myself up with some information regarding POCT audits in other Trusts.
Kind regards
Michelle Bennett
