NHS England does not hold any aggregated data on this. However this forum is intended as a means of information exchange between Trusts at various stages of AKI warning implementation so this is a pertinent question. We know that there are a small number of Trusts who send automated AKI warnings to primary care. We also know that any information of the sort requested below will not have been generated by the NHS England AKI warning algorithm. Nevertheless, it is important to scope the task in primary care.

Subject: AKI Stage 1, 2, 3 Metrics
Hi
It would be much appreciated if you could advise on the numbers of AKI stages 1, 2 & 3 from GPs that have been found per annum or other time period.
Please also express the numbers by patient population served.
How many stage 1, 2 & 3 are found after GP surgeries are closed?
Thank you very much
Jeff
