David -
Sorry I cannot help you with the C4SL question.
However I am currently reviewing the last handful (ie <5) of the S4UL substances and the whole lot - ca. 89 substances (counting congeners) should be out by the end of this month.
Those of you on the list who attended the workshops in the summer that fed into the production of the S4ULs and those who took advantage of the pre pub offer that closed at the end of last month will be the first to be sent your copies.
For those of you who would like to order a copy, you may want to take advantage of the generous (but not as generous as the pre pub offer) earlybird discount which is available from http://www.lqm.co.uk/publications/s4uleb/. Again we will dispatch copies in first order first sent order.
kind regards
Paul Nathanail

Maybe such deep pockets "could" (or is that "should" or "shall") fund the derivation of all the 85 new C4SLs the sector is waiting for?
