Hello All,
I was looking to do a longitudinal VBM study of three groups over two time points however I'm not sure what the best way to go about this is.
I read on the mailing list that at some point there was a script which incorporated the halfway registration procedure, which seems popular, but was never released due to inconsistency. Is this script still available or does someone else have something similar. Is this way recommended or not?
If this is not recommended am I right in thinking that I put all of my subjects in to the VBM scripts, such that I have; subject_1_T1, subject_1_T2, subject_2_T1, subject_2_T2, and then subtract T2 from T1 and use these images with randomise? IF this is the case what do I use as my glm for fslvbm_3_proc of registration or does that not matter.
I'm not sure what is suggested here:

I can do this step in randomise somehow?
Any help greatly appreciated.
