Hi Donald,
as you know, this can happen if you don't have enough disk space or
quota. Otherwise, this can sometimes happen if another process is trying
to access the same file at the same time, such as an antivirus or a
backup system.
Which platform are you running SPM on and can you reproduce the error at
will?
