Cynthia: Delighted to see this effort. Apart from the terminology sourcing I would be happy to discuss this important subject with you off this list as it relates to the previously raised issue of many graduate school leaders out in the marketplace actively pitching/selling Design 2 (Product/Service Design) as organizational and social transformation. This has been going on for some time but is not a popular subject on this list. We probably have some materials that would be useful to you and happy to help in this regard.
