Dear colleagues,
We are delighted to invite you to Photographing Everyday Life: A Photographic Exhibition at Uxbridge Library that runs from 1st to 8th November 2014.
The photographic exhibition is within a national programme of events as part of the ESRC (Economic and Social Research Council) Festival of Social Science.
The photographic exhibition is a free public exhibition that represents images of research participants in mid-to-later in life who created weekly visual diaries and explores ordinary and everyday images of daily life.
Please join us for the launch event on Monday 3rd November, 2014
Venue: Uxbridge Library, Level 5
4.00 pm Coffee and Cakes
4.30 pm Dr Wendy Martin and Dr Katy Pilcher talk about the research project ‘Photographing Everyday life: Ageing, Lived Experiences, Time and Space’ and Professor Mary Gilhooly will talk on Healthy Ageing
5.30pm Drinks reception attended by the Mayor of Hillingdon, Cllr Catherine Dunn.
