Hi,
I was just wondering whether the trouble I'm having is something that others have seen, and whether there is a simple fix: When I try use Command-3 in the fslview user interface, or use fslview -m 3d on the Unix command line instead, sometimes the 3d image is rendered and sometimes not, even for the same file. When it doesn't render, I get the following error messages:
dromano$ fslview -m 3d r2_grey_995.nii.gz -l "Red-Yellow" &
[2] 64019
dromano$ ERROR: In /usr/people/cowboy/var/jalapeno4_apple-darwin8-gcc4.0/VTK/Graphics/vtkDecimatePro.cxx, line 161

I'd be grateful for any light that could be shed on how to get fslview to render 3d images consistently!
Thanks in advance for you help,
David Romano
P.S. In case it's important, it looks like I'm using fslview 3.1.8
