In the Ravenna Cosmography's section on rivers is a bit of text that does not make sense as river-names.
-nassa Intraum Antrum
Latin and I parted company about fifty years ago, and I'm having trouble making sense of it. I suspect it notes the transition of the listing from the west coast to the east.
Intraum might be for intramu(s) 'we go (between)'.
I don't know if this makes any sense, but ?? uersū intramu(s) alterum ??
Any help on this would be appreciated.
