Hi Sarah
just use a tool like Format Factory http://www.pcfreetime.com/ you can drag
all of your .wav files onto the Format factory window, select convert to mp3
and it will convert them each in turn maintaining the file names except
creating mp3 copies.
Now here's a very early xmas present to save your weekend... as I accessed
your project folder yesterday to investigate the issue I've just done this
for you and directly uploaded the files in one go which you wouldn't have
been able to do. All you have to do is visit the properties of that LO and
delete the wav files (which will now show as unused) to save space.
I'm sure Alistair and others will report back as to whether this has indeed
fixed what seemed like an image issue

Perhaps you'll provide alistair with a copy given your weekend is now saved!
;-)

Thanks, all, some really useful suggestions in there (and a long weekend
ahead converting all my audio!).
Regards
Sarah
