No I don't believe it's changed and of course Dropbox is US based too (hosted on AWS in California). However for much data it's not really an issue.

but I seem to recall (in August 2014) that Box UK does not offer, "Lot
2: EEA Hosting and Data Protection issues" (and the Box UK privacy policy does not provide assurance that data is held in the EEA (and is most likely held in the United States)).
Has this changed?
