Hi all,
Am doing some research for a museum about what they do with material from
their events programmes. I have two requests for the MCG list that I'm
hoping you all might be able to help with (and some results to share).
The first is that I would like to speak to people at organisations that
hold public events (which I imagine is lots of you) about the legacy for
those events. What do you do to share the outputs of those events
(recordings, videos, blogs, tweets, or whatever)? What has worked for you,
and what hasn't? I'd appreciate any info you might have on your
experiences, please reply with answers to this or drop me a line directly
and I can follow up with a phone call if that's easier. Thanks! I hope to
share the results of this, I think it will be pretty interesting (see below
for results of previous research)
Secondly, as part of the same research I have a survey about online media
consumption that I am trying to get out as far and wide as possible. I
would appreciate any help you could give me in filling this in, sharing it,
posting it on facebook or wherever. There is a £100 prize draw entry for
completion. Again, I hope to be able to share the results of this relating
to the general information with everyone here. Already some very
interesting info coming in, but I need more responses!

Finally lots of you were very helpful with a previous piece of research I
did about marketing in-gallery mobile apps. I've summarised my findings
here. Feel free to chip in with your thoughts, disagreements etc

Thanks again!
