Hi Maarten,
Well, it may well be the case that there are 2 hash.r0 for the same CA
but in my case, half of the .r0 where outdated (date was Sep 18th).
I only deleted those outdated .r0 files and reran the fetch-crl utility.
I used :
find /path/GLITE_CERTS/certificates/ -name '*.r0' -mtime +1 -exec rm {} \;
