The Role
There are two graduate vacancies available. Mapmechanics is offering graduate training in conjunction with our two specialist sales teams - selling optimisation solutions for routing and scheduling and separately within the GIS data and solutions sales team. Your knowledge of mapping systems and/or the logistics supply chain will be needed to work with customers and help the teams meet and exceed revenue objectives.
There is never a repetitive day with these demanding roles. Work with a wide range of technologies, constantly assessing new and existing customer needs, understanding, demonstrating and matching products to their requirements. You will work with off the shelf products or create specifications for bespoke development. Your primary responsibility is to help generate revenue and increase the user base for Mapmechanics products. In addition to the inherent buzz of making a sale, the remuneration for these roles will also include additional uncapped performance based bonuses.
Requirements for the Role
You will be a GIS or logistics graduate. We expect you to be a natural relationship builder; positive, innovative and confident in working with customers and delivering the right solutions through your excellent communication, IT and numeracy skills. It is important that you are able to demonstrate initiative as much of what we do is new, ground breaking and at the same time vital to our customer’s operations. We will provide full training on our core software products.
