Hi,
All results from the first-level analyses in FSL are shown in the native space.
Higher-level analyses are done in the standard space, but rely on the registrations that are calculated during the first-level analyses (as the first-level outputs are resampled into the standard space at the start of the second-level analysis).
All the best,
Mark

The dimension of this last image is 91x109x91. However, when I look at my result images (thresh_zstat1.nii.gz etc.), I see that the dimension is now 64x64x28. Why don't they have the same dimension as my MNI image? Am I doing something wrong, or does FSL go to the original dimensions (those of my individual’s native space) to show the results?
