Go to ipsea.org.uk for a starting point
Also, follow @stevebroach on twitter for his blogs about legal changes.
If you check out the Educational Rights Alliance @ERA_tweets, you may find discussion there.
My understanding is that the vast majority of students with statements should be transitioned onto a plan (eventually).
Hope that helps,
Katherine

Subject: Children without EHC plans
Hi
I have been searching for resources which outline what is likely to happen to children in schools who will not be able to access the new EHC plans (approach taken, potential outcomes) . Can anyone advise me on where I might find any discussion on this?
Thanks and best wishes
Alison
