Kai, just a quick answer to your questions, from the meeting today,
before I get the minutes done:

It would be nice, but since some people have slides they will be
re-using, and switching templates tends to wreak havoc, we are saying
"no." I'll do some intro slides with the DC logo.

We decided no, thanks, but obviously some points will naturally come up.

I will try to find a place for us to meet on Wednesday morning (maybe
during break?) just to make sure we are ready. I'll also contact Stuart
to find out what internet access we have in the room. I'll bring my
computer (a Mac w PPT 2008 and latest Keynote) in case it is needed.
I should arrive in Austin on Tuesday in time to have a beer before
retiring. If folks are interested, I can try to locate a spot near to
the conference for a Tuesday "happy hour". (As I recall from a visit
earlier, there isn't much in the immediate vicinity.)
